What does it mean?
Pausing a program means that:
No emails or Slack/MS Teams messages will be sent until your reactivate the program
If a session is currently open, you will get the following message to choose whether you want to wait the session ends or to pause now:
How to pause a program?
Open your program
Go to the "Settings" tab
At the bottom of the page, in the "Program Management" section, click "Pause"
You will get a warning message: confirm your choice by clicking "Pause" again.
