To create a Market Report in Rankbreeze, you'll need to use the unlocked AirReview Chrome extension (AirReview Pro).
Steps to Create a Market Report:
Install and Setup
Install the AirReview Browser Extension: USA link | Global link
The icon is purple for USA users.
Register your profile on the extension
Configure API Key
Add the API Key found in the Rankbreeze Market Scanner page to the provided space on the extension
Select Your Target Area
Go to Airbnb.com, position the map or enter the specific address you want to analyze.
💡You can apply filters to narrow down the results to your interests. E.g. No. of bedrooms, guest count, etc. - Refine your report with Airbnb Filters.
Generate Your Report
Click the "Get Market Report" button. You'll be redirected to your Rankbreeze Market Scanner page where your report will be available.
The report comprises of the listings that appeared in the search results for your selected area.
Useful Tips
Add filters to narrow down the search results to your interests
Use the map to refine your search area
Select categories to monitor listings within a specific category etc.
