Here's a list of different metrics in the Visibility Hub and their definitions

Average city ranking

Where your listing was found on average for every guest count & open date in your calendar. Starting from the first page of the city. For example, if your listing is on page 1 of the city rankings, then it’s on the first page when a guest searches for “Chicago” in the Airbnb search bar.

City search

Your listing’s average search position, starting from the first page in your city. Each dot represents the average position we found your listing at, from multiple searches in the day.

1st page impressions

The number of times your listing appears on the 1st page of Airbnb - including for map wiggling.

Click-through rate

The percentage of Airbnb guests who see your listing & decide to ‘click-through’ to it

Listing views

The number of visitors to your listing page

Booking rate

The percentage of people who visited your Airbnb listing page and decided to book a stay

Conversion rates

The percentage of guests who saw your listing in search results & made an Airbnb reservation. It’s your reservations for the month divided by the listing’s total impressions
