Why isn't Rankbreeze pushing my pricing updates to my listing?

If Rankbreeze isn’t updating your listing's prices through your Property Management System (PMS), it may be due to an incomplete setup. Ensure that all the following conditions are met:

  1. You have integrated Rankbreeze with your PMS.

    Rankbreeze must be integrated with one of our supported Property Management System partners displayed on the Rankbreeze Integrations page to push pricing updates

    If you're integrated with a Property Management System (PMS), you'll see a gray "Manage" button instead of a purple "Connect" under the PMS.

  2. Your PMS listing is properly matched and connected to your Rankbreeze listing.

    On the "Connect Properties" page, your PMS listing must be correctly matched & connected with a listing on Rankbreeze.


  3. You have completed the pricing wizard.

    Make sure you have completed the pricing wizard and set up the advanced pricing rules for the listing.

    If you see "Setup Pricing" on the Connect Properties page then you've not set up your basic pricing rules.

  4. The Sync toggle is turned on

    Check that one of the following settings is enabled:

    • The "Sync to PMS" toggle on the listing’s pricing engine page.

    • The "Pricing Updates" toggle on the "Connect Properties" page.

What Should I Do If My Prices Still Aren’t Updating?

If one or more of these steps are incomplete, Rankbreeze will not push pricing updates to your PMS. Double-check your settings, and if everything is correctly set up but updates are still not being sent, contact our support team for assistance.
