🧠 Overview

Transform how you track and optimize your Airbnb listings with our powerful color-coded performance system. On your My Properties page, every listing displays bold visual indicators that instantly reveal exactly how you're performing against your competition.

  • 🚀 Green = You're Winning – Your listing is crushing it and outperforming similar properties in your market.

  • ⚖️ Yellow = You're Competing – Solid performance that matches your local competition.

  • 🛑 Red = Opportunity Knocks – Your listing has untapped potential waiting to be unleashed.

These visual cues eliminate guesswork and give you the clarity to make data-driven decisions that boost your bookings and revenue.

🔑 The Key Metrics Behind Your Indicators

The performance indicators are applied to each of the following key metrics:

  • Average Ranking – The average of your listing’s ranking positions across all guest counts.

  • Best Position – The highest ranking your listing has achieved, along with the guest count it was earned for.

  • Impressions (First Page) – The total number of eyeballs that see your listing on the first page of Airbnb search results (total for current + future months)

  • Click-through Rate (CTR) – The percentage of users who see your listing in Airbnb search results and click on it (averaged across current + future months, excluding zeros).

  • Booking Rate – The percentage of guests who visit your listing and complete a reservation (averaged across current + future months, excluding zeros).

💡 Pro Tips for Maximum Impact

  • Check weekly - Your listing's visibility can change as you make changes and your market changes, so look at them regularly.

  • Learn from your greens listings - Whatever you're doing right in these areas, try it on metrics that are yellow or red.

  • Start with red indicators - These show your biggest opportunities to improve bookings and revenue.

  • Small changes matter - Even minor improvements to photos or descriptions can help move you from yellow to green.

  • A/B Test - Test one change at a time using the A/B testing feature to see what works best.
