Our platform is designed to enable the sharing of a company's FHR and associated financial data with a requesting party. All requests for financial disclosure are processed via our FHR Exchange portal.

Your financial data and rating remain confidential until your company's account holder accepts to share the rating via a request in our system. Approval must be provided by the account holder via the FHR Exchange. Once approval is provided, the rating is shared with the requesting client.

No party is able to access your FHR or financial data without authorization provided by the account holder. You are in control of when and with whom the rating is shared with. If your company receives and declines a request for financial disclosure, no data is exchanged and RapidRatings informs the requesting party that the request was denied.

Either party can terminate at any time. Upon termination, the account holder will no longer be able to access the FHR Exchange. RapidRatings may delete the account but retain financial data already shared.
