Before attempting to share your accounts using QuickSync, please ensure the following:
You are online and connected to the internet.
You have a valid Blackbaud installation and can access the company data you want to share.
The Validis app must be installed from the Blackbaud marketplace.
Installing the Validis App in Blackbaud Marketplace
The user performing the upload must be a Marketplace Admin in Blackbaud.

Sign in to Blackbaud.
Go to the Blackbaud Marketplace listing to get the Blackbaud Validis App.
Click Get Started to begin the installation process.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.
Once the app is installed, you are ready to begin the upload!
Uploading your Blackbaud Data
Please sign in to the Validis portal and click Upload.
Select Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT from the list of accounting packages.
Click Next.
You will be redirected to authenticate with Blackbaud. Please enter your user credentials to complete the sign-in process.
When prompted, select Authorize to initiate the upload. You will then be redirected back to your FHR Exchange Account.
Your shared data is now being processed, and you can continue with other tasks on your computer while it works. You can view the progress of your upload in the FHR Exchange.
