Please note:
All items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date the order was shipped unless otherwise specified.
There are no restocking or shipping fees.
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition.
All items must be returned with the jewelry including the original packaging, grading report, appraisal and complimentary lab grown diamond stud earrings.
If all of these items are not returned, a fee may be incurred.
If the grading report is not returned, there will be a fee of $250.
Once your return is initiated, you will receive an email with packaging instructions along with a pre-paid shipping label via email.
