To initiate a resize, the following requirements must be met:
You are confident in the new size needed for the ring
You are within the 1 year resize timeframe for a ring or the 30 day timeframe for an eternity band
This is your first resize for the piece

Once you fill out the quick form, your request will be submitted and someone from the team will initiate the resize.

Shipping Your Ring Back for Resize
Packaging instructions will be provided in the email along with the pre-paid shipping label, however, please note the following:
If the original ring box is sentimental, please do not send it back with the ring. Rather, put your ring in a ziplock baggy and put the baggy inside of a padded envelope/mailer or wrap it in newspaper prior to packaging it into the FedEx box (envelopes and boxes are available at your local FedEx shipping center)
Please do not send back any of the paperwork including the appraisal and/or grading report
If you received a pair of complimentary lab grown diamond stud earrings, please do not include those in your shipment

How long does a resize typically take to complete?
Resizes take approximately 12-14 business days to complete including the ship time both ways.
Can I add engraving while the ring is at the workshop?
Yes! We can engrave up to 20 characters including spaces using block or script font. If you'd like to add engraving, chat with a live diamond expert to get it set up.
