Quick steps to setup your customer engagement program(s)

You've just created your portal. Now, its time to create your first customer engagement program!

To create a program, follow these 5 easy steps.

To begin, click Start.

Step 1: Choose where to distribute your membership

When it comes to distributing and selling memberships, you have two options.


1. Create your own experience allows you to create and manage your membership program directly on RareCircles. Revenues collected from paid memberships are powered by Stripe.

2. Create on Shopify allows you to create your membership program directly through Shopify.

Regardless of the selected distribution channel, your RareCircles merchant dashboard is where you create different activations for your members.



Step 2: Select your Membership Type

Paid membership purchases are processed by Stripe, a third-party platform. In order to configure a paid membership program, you must first create an account with Stripe. Learn more about setting up a paid membership.

Step 3: Define your Membership Program

  • Give your program a name

  • Add a description

  • Add a join button with a custom call to action

Step 4: Add your Membership Benefits

Highlight the benefits your members will receive. You can add up to eight benefits.

Step 5: Design your Membership Pass

  • Select your card type

  • Select the background and text colors

  • Add a background image (optional but recommended)

  • Customize your card information

Preview and click publish!
