If you would like to change your Rask membership level in order to gain access to additional content on our site, follow these simple instructions.
These instructions also apply if you are interested in upgrading your membership level.
Log in to your membership account.
Visit the Subscriptions page.
4. Choose whether you want to pay monthly, or a discounted annual rate. Note: on the upgrade page there are other membership levels listed, which are currently not active.
5. After you have selected how you want to pay, you will be taken to a stripe checkout page. Just follow the instructions on this page and subscribe!
Note: We have other membership services coming soon, for now it is only Ultra available as a paid service. You can view what will be included in the other subscriptions here.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your Rask account or subscription by navigating to the settings in your account, and then to 'Membership & billing' and clicking the “manage membership” button. If you get stuck, reach out to us in the instant chat function on the bottom right of your screen.
Will my payments to Rask stop if I cancel?
If you successfully cancel your Rask account the recurring payments to use for your account will stop. Please ensure you cancel your Rask account at least 48 hours before a recurring account payment is due to be processed.
Will I lose access to Rask material if I cancel?
Your access to our paid or premium subscription services will be maintained until your original subscription or course is due to expire.
For example, if you paid to access Rask Ultra and still have 3 weeks to go on your membership, but you cancel today, you will still have access to the material for 3 weeks.
Unsubscribe from Rask emails
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from Rask emails/newsletters, please follow the instructions at the bottom of every email we send and we will promptly remove you from the correspondence.
