How to Send a New Request or Request a Second Request for the Same Property
This guide covers sending a new request or requesting a second review for the same property.
Steps:
Go to Properties: Navigate to the "Properties" section of your dashboard.
Search for the property: Use the search function within the "Properties" section to locate the specific property you need.
Select "Manage Reviews": Once the property is found, select the "Manage Reviews" option associated with that property.
Note: If the result is not yet confirmed, you need to Confirm the result first before you can see the Manage Reviews option.
4. Select "Request a new review".
5. Enter the new details to send a new request.
Please note:
You cannot send a new request for the same property to the same email address
You cannot send a review request to an email that has unsubscribed from RateMyAgent emails. This unsubscribe status is applied globally, meaning no review requests or reminders will be sent to such an address.
