Connect your Google Profile in Renowned
Navigate to 'Google Reviews' and follow the prompts to connect your Google Business Profile.
Find Google Business Connection in Social Studio
Navigate to Social Studio and 'Social Profile'.
'Manage Connection' will take you to Renowned to add/remove Google Business Profiles.
Post to Google Business Profile
You can post Listings and Reviews to your Google Business Profile.
Note: You cannot post curated content to Google Business Profile (i.e. content that is not a new listing or a review).
Create your post as usual.
Under 'Publish to:', select your chosen 'Google Business Profile'.
If a Google Business Profile is selected, you will notice the message
"This post will be published to Google without a branding bar to meet Google's publishing rules."
This is because:
Google has strict rules about how phone numbers appear in business profiles. To avoid posts being removed by Google, the branding bar will be removed.
Note: Your brand and phone number will be present already on your Google Business Profile.
Google Business posts are restricted to a 1:1 ratio to best fit the profile, so removing the branding bar helps with this.
Your post on your Google Business Profile
Once posted, you will be able to find your post in your Google Business Profile.
