Please note that image files greater than 10MB can not be uploaded to RateMyAgent.
To access your account settings, click on 'Dashboard' and then 'Account' to reach the 'Edit Profile' section.
Public profile photo:
The image size is 400x400 px.
Logo photo:
We recommend your image be at least 754 x 140 pixels, .jpg, .png or .gif format and less than 10MB in size.
Office cover photo:
Offices who are on a Starter, Pro and Enterprise paid subscription can access the cover photo and update it. The hero image size is 1910x400 px.
