If you have recently re-branded your office or changed your name, we will need to update your name or office name so you are still accurately represented on RateMyAgent. Keeping your profile information up to date on RateMyAgent is essential for maintaining a professional online presence.
This change will need to be implemented by RateMyAgent. Simply reach out to our Support team to get this fixed! If you're on chat, ask to speak to the team.
Make sure to include the following:
Your current name or current office name
What you would like your name or office to be named
If you have moved to another office, you simply have to log into your dashboard, go to Edit Profile on the left hand side options to update the agency name on your profile. Navigate to your profile settings and locate the 'Edit Profile' section where you can update your agent details, photo, and other details. Save the changes to ensure your profile reflects the updated details.
Updating Your Profile Information
After claiming your profile, you can edit the relevant fields such as workplace or general details through the profile management options in your dashboard.
Please note: Any requests for an individual profile to be changed to the name of an agency or team cannot be fulfilled.
