Some situations may arise where your client has trouble leaving you a review. Perhaps they're not too tech-savvy or they have accidentally unsubscribed from our emails.
In this case, you can ask your client to email us directly at support@ratemyagent.com (AU/NZ) or help@ratemyagent.com (US). This email must come from the same email address that the initial review request was sent to as well as the following information:
Make sure to include the following:
The agent they are reviewing
The listing involved in the transaction
Their review along with the star rating (from 1-5 with 5 = highly recommended and 1 = not recommended at all)
How did the final purchase price of the property compare to your expectations?
The available responses are:
Better than expected
In line with expectations
Worse than expected
Reviews will only be accepted if they are sent from the same email address that the original request was sent to.
