Some situations may arise where your client has trouble leaving you a review. Perhaps they're not too tech-savvy or they have accidentally unsubscribed from our emails.
In this case, you can ask your client to email us directly at support@ratemyagent.com. This email must come from the same email address that the initial review request was sent to as well as the following information:
Make sure to include the following:
The agent they are reviewing
The listing involved in the transaction
Their review along with the star rating. ( from 1-5 with 5 as highly recommended and 1 - not recommended at all)
Reviews will only be accepted if they are sent from the same email address that the original request was sent to.
