Easy Reviews

Automatic Review Requests sent out to your vendors after the sale. Retain control with delay and cancel options.

Updated today

We're excited to bring you Easy Reviews πŸŽ‰

After we speak with your data feed provider or flip a switch on our end, we will automate vendor review requests for you. This can be done for individual agents or for the whole agency.

Stay in control with the delay option!

While automation to get more reviews is great, the relationship you have with your clients can be a complicated one.

It can be important to maintain a level of flexibility in case you decide that now is not the right time to request a review from this client.

That is why you can add 24 and 48 hour delays. You'll be notified that a request is going out to your client, giving you time to either edit or cancel the request before it is sent.

We will not use your client data for purposes other than to send out your review requests.

If you use one of the below data feed providers, we're ready to set up your Automatic Review Requests right now.Β

  • Real Estate View

  • Campaign Track

  • AgentPoint

  • Multiarray

  • ReNet

  • ListOnce

  • LockedOn

  • Eaglesoftware

  • Box and Dice

  • AgentBox (Director/Approved contact must reach out to them to enable client data in your direct data feed)

  • VaultRe (Just go to Settings > Vendor Portals)

  • CoreWeb

  • iProperty

  • Zenu

Don't see your data feed provider on the list? Don't stress. We're likely already chatting to them but messaging them direct to ask for Vendor details in your XML feed goes a long way!

Speak with our support team (hit the messenger icon on the lower right of your screen) and we'll start the setup process today.

You can also turn this on and off from the reviews tab within your agent/agency dashboard.

Below is an example of active Easy Reviews

You can choose whether you would like to send your Review Requests Immediately or whether you would like to set up a delay.

You can also create and save your own templates to go out to your Vendors in the requests. These templates are set at the Agent level, not the Agency.

Want more details? Here's the nitty-gritty:

Things to note:

  • It is the responsibility of the agency to notify their agents that this feature has been turned on

  • If an agent has not claimed their RateMyAgent profile, we will not send an automated request

  • This feature is available for vendors review requests only

  • This feature is available for sales reviews only

  • This feature will currently send a review request for the lead agent only

How does this work?

  1. Agency will enter the following details into their data feed provider/CRM
1.1. Vendor full name: how this is entered is how this will appear on the review request
    1.2. Vendor email

  2. RMA will receive vendor details in the normal REA XML file

  3. RMA will send Review Request once the property has been marked as sold (via the XML feed)

  4. If RMA has not received vendor details, an automatic Review Request will not be sent

  5. If a Review Request has already been sent manually, we will not send another request

  6. Review Request flow (e.g Reminders) is unchanged

  7. Once the review is completed by the vendor, it will be live on RateMyAgent. This is true of a recommended and not-recommended review

Best Practice: Easy Reviews - Client Data

How to enter your client data into your CRM/TMS to ensure it looks good on your review requests

If you are using our Easy Reviews feature, this means we are receiving your client data directly from your integrated CRM or TMS in order to send out your review requests.

This article will outline the best way to enter your client details in order for us to send your requests out to your clients.

We will send out the review request in the exact format that you have entered the client name into your database. We'll outline a few examples for you below.

Example 1 - Buyers/Sellers with different last names

If you enter it like this:

First Name

Last Name

Emails

Ben & Jen

Evans & Smith

We send it like this:

Hi Ben & Jen Evans & Smith,

What you should do:

First Name

Last Name

Emails

Ben Evans &

Jen Smith

How we send it:

Hi Ben Evans & Jen Smith,

Example 2 - Multiple Buyers and Sellers

We will send a request to 4 individual buyers (US) or sellers if you enter them on separate lines.

If you enter it like this:

First Name

Last Name

Emails

Ben

Smith

Jen

Smith

Tim

Smith

Kay

Smith

How we send it:

Email 1 - Hi Ben Smith,

Email 2 - Hi Jen Smith,
Email 3 - Hi Tim Smith,

Email 4 - Hi Kay Smith,

What you should do (if you'd only like one review from the whole group):

First Name

Last Name

Emails

Ben, Jen, Tim & Kay

Smith

How we send it:

Hi Ben, Jen, Tim & Kay Smith,
