As part of our Professional Subscription, you can now prompt multiple clients who have left you a RateMyAgent review to quickly copy it to your Google Business Profile without having to rewrite it!

After connecting your Google Business Profile with RateMyAgent (if you have not done so please click here to learn more) click 'Dashboard' then 'Google Profile' on the left-hand panel then select the 'Get Google Reviews' tab. Click the 'Preview & Send All'.

This will take you to preview the email and see how many clients you're reaching out to. A preview of the email will appear (ensure your pop-up blockers are turned off). Click 'Preview email'

If you are satisfied with the email, close the preview and click 'Send'

Once complete. you will see a banner notifying you that 'All Google reviews requested'

Your client will receive an email (please see below) to easily copy their review to Google.

The client needs to click the 'Share Review to Google' button which will prompt them to copy the review by clicking the 'Click to copy review' button and then click 'Share on Google'. This will take them straight to your Google Business page for them to post!
