If you are using our Easy Reviews feature, this means you have connected a TMS that includes client data. A connected TMS works best if we already have your data coming through from your MLS.
In order for us to create a listing on RateMyAgent, we need to be able to match your property address to a verified location within our mapping system
If we do not receive complete addresses or your address formatting is different between your data systems (e.g. MLS & TMS) we will not be able to connect the listings and it may create duplicate properties/automated review request won't send.
Example 1 - Incomplete address:

Example 2 - Different addresses formatting between data system
In order to automate your review requests, we need to match up the client data from your TMS, with the property listing from your MLS.
If you enter it like this, we will not be able to merge the properties on our side as the street addresses are formatted differently. This would likely create a duplicate listing.

This allows the listings to merge together to provide your client data from your TMS on the MLS listing.
NOTE: If we receive a property from a TMS only, or the addresses do not match, this will create a 'blank' listing on your profile. It will not have photos or any property details (e.g bed, bath etc.). We only receive the property address and client details from your TMS.
