Creating and editing a template

For an agent, we understand that time is valuable. The Templates tab in your dashboard streamlines the review request process and gives you the power to create, edit and set default templates.

Step 1: Simply log in to your account and select ' Properties' from the dashboard then filter to 'Sold' to find the property that you want to request a review for and select 'Request Reviews' or 'Manage Reviews'


Step 2: Click on 'Message Teamplates' button and click on 'Manage Templates'

Step 3: Click "Create Template' to create a new template or 'Manage' if you have a template you'd like to edit/remove

Step 4: Fill in the fields. Create a name for your template and fill in your content. Click 'Save'

Step 5: Once you've built up your template collection, go to "Manage tab" and you will be able to 'Edit', 'Delete' and also 'Set as Default' template that will pre-fill your requests automatically.


Step 5: Once the template has been saved, you will be able to send a request to your client as described in the Request a Review article. Make sure to select your template from the drop-down list. If you set the template as 'Default', it automatically populates in the message box.
