Creating and editing a template

Streamline the review request process by creating your own personalised templates

We understand that time is valuable for agents. The Templates tab in your dashboard streamlines the review request process and gives you the power to create, edit, and set default templates.

Step 1: Log in to your account and select ' Settings' from the dashboard, then select 'Templates'

Step 2: Click 'Create Template' to create a new template or 'Manage' if you already have an existing template you'd like to edit/delete.

Step 3: Fill in the fields. Create a name for your template, then fill in the content of the email. Click 'Save'

Step 4: Once you've built up your template collection, go to the "Manage tab." There, you can Edit, Delete, and Set as Default template.

Step 5: Once this has been saved, you'll be able to send a request to your client as described in the Request a Review article . Make sure to select your template from the drop-down list; however, if you set the template as 'Default, that's the time that it will populate automatically as an email template without clicking on the drop-down.
