You may have seen "Listings won by RMA", "Estimated Commission" or "This person used RateMyAgent to find you"... what is this all about?

Prior to submitting a review, we ask your clients to confirm whether they used RateMyAgent to help select you as their agent. This question will show on the bottom part of the review request.

In order to ensure that we only collect authentic feedback, the checkbox initially has 'NO' selected and is not mandatory.

The rationale behind this approach is that if the reviewer is required to actively choose "Yes," it adds further credibility to the Referrals by RateMyAgent. By implementing an "opt-in" system, we can expect to receive more deliberate "Yes" responses.

The results of this question can be found in your performance dashboard in the section titled 'Referrals by RateMyAgent'

You will be able to view any reviews that have been referred by RateMyAgent on your dashboard from the Completed Reviews section
