Understanding how to add, remove and replace team members on your subscription

Updated over a month ago

Adding a new team member to your subscription

Click on 'Team & Admins' from the left hand menu and hit 'Add'.

Search for the agents you would like to add to your subscription, you will be able to do more than one at a time.

You may see that you are required to pay pro-rata for some of the agents you would like to add to your subscription. (Pricing shown is a test example and test value)

If an agent is already under a paying subscription it will indicate that they are subscribed and you will not need to pay a pro-rated fee for that agent.

If required, you will be taken to checkout to complete this process.

Replace an existing agent with a new one

If you have an agent that is leaving the business and a new agent coming in to replace them, you can now do this by clicking the 3 dots to the right of the outgoing agent and clicking 'replace member'.

You will then search for the agent who is joining your business and selecting them from the list.

Once selected, you will need to confirm that you'd like to make the change.

Removing an agent from your profile

In the event you need to remove an agent from your subscription, but aren't immediately replace them, you will hit the 3 dots to the right of the outgoing agent and click 'Remove'.

You will be required to confirm these changes before the system removes them from your account

You will notice that a 'seat' has opened up on your subscription (as shown below). This means you will be able to fill this seat with an incoming agent at no additional cost.

In the event you have empty seats on your next billing cycle, our system will automatically remove them so that you are only charged on renewal for the seats that have been filled. (This may not apply in all cases, depending on how you were subscribed and the terms of your subscription)
