Stay Active with Curated Content
The Stay Active with Curated Content feature is ideal for maintaining a steady presence on your social media platforms. It keeps your audience engaged 24/7 by providing you with pre-made, high-quality content.

Auto Approve: Automatically approves and schedules content. You can enable or disable this feature if you need it.
Scheduled: View the days of the week your content is scheduled to post.
Post Time: Displays the specific time your posts will be published.
To begin, simply click the "Get Started" button in the Curated Content section.
Getting Started
Navigate to Tools & Setup from the left-hand side menu and select Automate Posts, or click Automate Posts from the dashboard tile:
In the Stay Active with Curated Content section, click Edit Settings.
Step 1: Select your Profiles
Select one or more social media accounts to publish to. There is also an option to add more profiles.
Step 2: Make it Relevant
Configure your industry and location so we can make sure to schedule relevant content.
Step 3: Choose your content
Select at least one post category from the following options:
This or That
Tips & Hacks
Lifestyle
Quotes & Inspirations
Question Prompts
Real Estate Prospecting
You also have the option to include Holiday Posts. These posts may include religious holidays, non-official holidays, and more. Keep in mind that we will only schedule posts for holidays that land exactly on one of your selected posting days.
Step 4: Posting Frequency
In this step, you can configure the days and times posts should be published. To optimize your posting frequency. You can select up to 6 days.
Morning = 8:00am - 11:30am
Afternoon = 12:00pm - 3:30pm
Evening = 4:30pm - 8:00pm
Automatic = 10:00am - 3:00pm
Based on the timezone you have selected in previous step.
Step 5: Branding Bars
Here you can configure branding bar usage for each social media account. For example, you may want to display branding bars on your Instagram page but not on your Facebook page.
Step 6: Hashtags
You can add your own hashtags that were added manually through your connected Social Profiles, or include suggested hashtags that will automatically generate with your posts
Step 6: Auto-Approval
When Auto-Approval is turned on, your monthly content will publish automatically—no manual review needed. You’ll still get a heads-up email when your schedule is ready (usually about a week before the new month), and you’ll always have the option to edit, reschedule, or delete posts. Want more control? You can switch Auto-Approval off anytime.
Step 7: Review & Submit
When you're ready, hit the button below to update your Autopilot settings.
Once you are all set, you can easily view your scheduled posts by going to Automate Posts again, then clicking 'View Scheduled Posts' on the upper right side.
