Our subscriptions are billed month to month with no lock in contracts. You can upgrade or downgrade at anytime via the Billing tab in your profile.
The below process can be followed for both agent and agency subscriptions.
Step 1: Log into the profile you wish to add or remove a subscription to and click into the Billing tab.
Step 2: Select your desired subscription level (Free, Starter, Professional or Enterprise) and then Update Your Plan
Step 3: If you are upgrading, you will be prompted to fill in your payment details.
Unsubscribing an agency but leaving an agent on a subscription
If you wish to downgrade an agency subscription but keep an agent on a subscription, the agency will first need to downgrade their subscription to our free subscription level by the above method. The agent will then need to log into their own profile and amend their subscription level.
