Updating your billing information

New card? Update your details from the Subscription page.

To avoid disrupting your subscription, your billing information will need to be updated accordingly. This can be done in the Billing tab of your profile.

Step 1: Log into the profile you need to update, click on your name on the lower left side, then Manage Account

Step 2: Click on Billing

Step 3: Click on +Add Pyament Method, then select your preferred payment method of Card, Direct Debit or Google Pay, fill in the required details, select it as your default method and click Add Payment Method once done.

Direct Debit Customers, please note:

You must first select your bank (some will display by default or you can search for your bank) and then follow the prompts to connect your account immediately. A zipcode is also required in the US for tax purposes.

Your new details will be added alongside any other payment methods you already have, and will be ready for your next payment!
