If you have accidentally sent a review request for the wrong listing there are a few steps that we can take to rectify it.

Firstly, we will need to Stop Reminders for the incorrect request.

Step 1: Log into your profile and click into the Reviews page and then Pending Reviews

Step 2: Find the request that you have sent for the wrong listing and click Stop Reminders. This will stop any further reminder emails for the wrong listing from being sent to your client.

Step 3: You will now need to send a request to your client for the correct listing. 

You can do this by finding the property in your LISTINGS page.

If your client has already left a review for the wrong listing, get in touch with our Support team to get this rectified.

You will need to let us know:

  • The listing that the review is attached to in error
  • The listing that the review should be attached to
