Sending a review request to the wrong email address can be easily fixed via the Reviews tab in your profile.

Step One: Log into your agent profile/agency profile and select Reviews from the menu and then Pending Reviews.

Step Two: Find the listing you have sent the request to and click Stop Reminders. This will stop reminders going to the incorrect email address. 

Step Four: Select Listings followed by Confirmed - you will be able to locate the listing here or you can use the street address function . Once you have located the
listing, simply click Manage Reviews.

Step Five: Click Request a New Review to send a new request.

Step Six: Fill in the form with your client's correct email address and Request Review
