Absolutely not. Your clients don’t need to create a login to leave a review. 

However, once they have submitted their review, they will get sent an email asking them if they want to create a login. This account would be to manage any of the reviews they have submitted. They will be able to edit, delete and view their reviews. This is, of course, optional and not a requirement.

They can also elect to remain anonymous when submitting their review.
