Managing Subscriptions and Invoices

The Subscription tab helps you service your account

Subscriptions are managed via your dashboard. The Dashboard allows both agents and agencies to upgrade subscriptions, downgrade, change their credit card details and print invoices.

To access the Subscription page:

Log into your dashboard, then go to your Account and select Manage Account. โ€‹

How to Upgrade, Downgrade or Unsubscribe:

You can change the level of your subscription by scrolling to Manage Subscriptions and selecting Change Subscription.

From here you can select to cancel, downgrade or upgrade your subscription.

Invoices: To view an invoice, click Billing and you will see a list of your Invoice History. Simply click View next to any invoice to view and download.
