The data that RateMyAgent relies on to calculate real estate agent and agency statistics, rankings and suburb market share is gathered in three ways.

  1. The primary and preferred method by which RateMyAgent gathers the majority of it's information is through direct Data Feeds from real estate agency offices via their MultiLoader software providers such as MyDesktop, PortPlus, Multiarray, E2 and ReNet to name a few. Establishing a direct Data Feed to RateMyAgent is a free service that ensures that your data is up to date and comes through in a timely manner.

  2. RateMyAgent collects supplementary listing and sale information from any sources freely available in the public domain. This information will obviously not include any off market transaction details or properties that were publicly advertised without a complete address. Any information gathered in this way must be confirmed by the agent or their office administrator within the RateMyAgent platform.

  3. RateMyAgent facilitates Agents and Office Administrators to manually submit listings via their Dashboard's.
