There are some situations that may arise where your client has trouble leaving you a review. Perhaps they're not too tech savvy or they have accidentally unsubscribed from our emails.

In this situation, please ask your client to email us directly at This email must come from the same email address that the initial review request was sent to as well as the following information:

  • Whether they are the buyer or the vendor

  • The address of the listing involved in the transaction

  • The name of the agent they are reviewing

  • Their review

  • Whether or not they would like their name displayed with their review
