There are some situations that may arise where your client has trouble leaving you a review. Perhaps they're not too tech savvy or they have accidentally unsubscribed from our emails.
In this situation, please ask your client to email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. This email must come from the same email address that the initial review request was sent to as well as the following information:
- Whether they are the buyer or the vendor
- The address of the listing involved in the transaction
- The name of the agent they are reviewing
- Their review
- Whether or not they would like their name displayed with their review
