What your client will see when they're leaving you a review

Updated over a week ago

In case your clients get a little stuck when leaving a review for you, we've created a guide to the review process. From the email they receive, right down to the criteria they will rate you on.

The initial email will come from info@ratemyagent.com and will have your name on it:

Sales Review:

Opening the email will reveal your personalised message, with the option to 'Write a review' or to unsubscribe to RateMyAgent emails by clicking 'No thanks. Don't remind me again'.

Clicking 'Write a Review' button will prompt them to start the review request journey.

The client can then fill out the star rating, the review title, the review they'd like to leave, choose to display their name or tick the box to hide their name and display it as anonymous instead and a few extra optional questions. Once the client has agreed to the terms and conditions then they can click 'Submit Review'.

Leasing Review:
Opening the email will reveal your personalised message, with the option to 'Write a review' or to unsubscribe to RateMyAgent emails by clicking 'No thanks. Don't remind me again'.

They can complete the rest of the review by filling in the review title headline, the review itself and if they'd like to display their name or tick the box to hide their name and display as Tenant or Landlord. Once the client has agreed to the terms and conditions then they can click 'Submit Review'.
