There is a very clear verification process that must be followed for all reviews on the platform.
All reviews on RateMyAgent must:
Be left by the vendor, buyer, tenant, or landlord of the property.
Be filled out externally from the agency. (This means not in the office, with the client or on behalf of the client)
Be linked and verified by an email address for your client. (This cannot be an email with the same domain as your agency, i.e. agentname@youragency.com or it cannot be an agent's personal email address)
You cannot post a review under your agency email or email address related to your agency under any circumstance.
All reviews must go through the correct verification process. Reviews that have not gone through the correct verification or submitted through nefarious means will be removed without notice in line with our Terms and Conditions.
RMA has a zero tolerance policy for fraud and repeat offenders will be deemed ineligible for awards and may face a 6-12 month ban from the platform depending on the severity of their offence.
