Testimonial Tree/RMA Integration

Everything you need to know about the Testimonial Tree integration

Updated over a year ago

What are we doing?

We are working together with RateMyAgent (RMA) to integrate our reviews from Testimonial Tree and convert them to verified RMA reviews.

The review request is sent to all our sellers and buyers from Testimonial Tree when
unconditionally sold or exchanged. These responses are then being securely sent to RMA to be converted into a verified review that works with all RMA’s profiles, rankings, awards and tools.

Why have we done this?

We use Testimonial Tree as our centralised ratings, testimonials and survey platform which protects and provides greater customer experience insight. However we see great value in integrating with RMA’s independent platform, to further extend the reach and exposure of your reviews.

Frequently Asked Questions

Reviews

How do I get my Testimonial Tree reviews onto RateMyAgent?
Completed Testimonial Tree reviews will automatically feed to an agent's profile on RMA provided there is a match between a review, an agent and a transaction.

We use Testimonial Tree to capture the reviews and are automatically feeding them through to RMA where the agent has a profile.

Why didn’t one of my reviews come across to RateMyAgent?
RMA does not guarantee 100% matching in this process. We hope to achieve up to 90% through this matching process.

Each review must conform to the RateMyAgent verification policy which requires the review to be linked to a genuine sale and posted directly by the client. There is a minimum 20 character count to qualify for publication to RMA.

Along with the review content, RMA will also receive the client’s name and email address to make certain of review integrity and ensure ownership of the review to the client. As part of our partnership, RMA will not communicate with your clients about any other matter or offer.

What happens if I get a bad review on Testimonial Tree? Will it end up on
RateMyAgent?

No. RMA is only receiving reviews from Testimonial Tree that are 3 stars and greater.

Are just sales reviews from the buyers and sellers coming across to RMA?
Yes, this only includes sales reviews from the buyers and sellers involved in the transaction dating back to September 1, 2020.

Does this include Leasing reviews?
This agreement only includes sales reviews. Leasing reviews can be added later if there is demand.

Can I remove a review from RateMyAgent?
No, RMA have strict rules regarding their review takedown policy which you can read here. This policy is the same policy they have had all along.

Can I reply to a review?
Yes, you can reply to all of your reviews on RMA. It is a public reply and your customer will be notified of your reply.

What happens if there is a duplicate review?
RMA’s system will pick up on any duplicates through matching the email address and
transaction details and eliminate the duplicates.
