Branded Social Media Posts

Anyone on a Pro or higher subscription has access to branded content. Everyone else has access to unbranded content.

Branded posts will have the text from the reviews capped at 500 characters whereas unbranded will be at capped at 200 characters.


Branded posts are automatically enabled as long as you’ve set up your branding (colours, logo and avatar) in your profile settings. (Click here if for step by step instructions on how to update your agent or office profile).

How can I preview what my post will look like?
You can currently manually post reviews from the manage reviews section of the dashboard. You can view what a post would look like in this section.

Unfortunately you can't manually post your 'For Sales' or 'Sold' properties from inside your profile at this stage but we hope to bring you these features in the future!

What happens if I haven’t set up my branding?
In this case we will default to 'unbranded' posts, these are the same as what are sent out on a lower subscription tier and look like this.

The designs don’t look great, can I customise or change them?
Changing your brand settings will update the design colour, avatar and logo. If you prefer the unbranded designs then you can remove one of your brand settings as we will default back to unbranded designs, however, this will mean that you do not have a colour, avatar or branding on your public profile so please think about this before you make the change!
