Posting External Reviews

We now support posting external reviews from Google and Real Satisfied (US only) through your 'Reviews' section then click on 'Completed' tab where you have chosen to 'Publish Externally' from these sources on your profile.

It can be enabled/disabled through your 'Reviews' page and click on the 'Completed' tab then tick/untick 'Publish Externally' on if you'd like this to be published.
US users have it enabled by default, whereas users in AU and NZ need to turn this on.

What about bad reviews?
As with RMA reviews we only post 3 star or higher. If you do not want a review to go out through your automated schedule you can untick 'publish external' in 'My Reviews' section of your dashboard.

When are external reviews sent?
Once you have run out of RMA reviews to post, we’ll move onto external reviews. The same posting rules apply, the review has to be under a year old for it to be posted through the automatic schedule. The date of the review is taken from when it was posted on the external platform (Google or Real Satisfied).

What if I have already link this review to a transaction and it's now verified as an RMA review?

If an external review is already linked to a transaction it will not be posted as an external review.


If a linked review has already been posted as an external review, it will be posted again as an RMA review, unfortunately we can't prevent this, so get all those external reviews verified ASAP!

What if a RMA review is copied to Google by a reviewer, does that mean it’s posted twice?
It should only be posted once as a RMA review. When your client posts their review to Google, we check to see if the same review has already been posted as an RMA review.

Do we post Google reviews to Google My Business Posts?
Yes we do, the post feed and reviews are in different areas so we’ve decided to post Google reviews to Google Posts. Plus our posts look great, and help you highlight your review again!

What landing page do we use?
As we don’t have dedicated review pages for external reviews we send consumers to the agent profile page with the review pre selected. If the review is not on their public profile it just takes them to the profile page.
