When do my posts go out

Updated over a week ago

There are now 4 different post types that can go out through your automatic Social Media Manager, Reviews, External Reviews, For Sale and Just Sold.

These all have different timeframes and it can get a little confusing so we're going to break it down for you.

For every post type you can set your schedule to daily or weekly. If it's daily, 1 post will go out to each channel per day, if it's weekly, 1 post will go our to each channel per week.

To set you schedule click 'Social Media Manager' from the dashboard menu and then 'Schedule'. If you have not set up your SMM yet, check out this guide.

Reviews

  1. We will always post your newest review first. If you received a review today at 8am and your schedule is set for 10am the same day, this review will be posted.

  2. If you do not have any new reviews, we will check for your 'next most recent review', this could have been received anytime within the last 365 days as long as it has not been posted through the scheduler before.

  3. We only post recommended reviews which are 3 star or higher.

  4. We will post verified and unverified reviews, unverified reviews will not have any stars.

  5. If you do not want a review to go out, you can untick 'publish external' in the 'Manage Reviews' section of your dashboard. This needs to be done before it is posted. If the review gets posted, you need to remove it from the 3rd Party app it was posted on, we cannot remove it for you.

External Reviews

  1. If you have turned 'Post External Reviews' on in your Social Media Manager, they will start posting when you do not have any RMA reviews from the last 365 days left to post.

  2. If you receive then receive a new RMA review, it will post this next.

  3. We only post external reviews 4 star and higher.

  4. You cannot filter external reviews that you do not wish to post, this feature is either on or off.

For Sale

  1. The property must have been listed in the last 14 days

  2. Hasn't 'Sold', 'Ended' or 'Result Reported'

  3. Has not been posted to the channel previously

Just Sold
