In order to see the most benefit out of your team or office profile you will want to have your agents claim their profiles if they have not already done so. They can then collect reviews and you can request reviews on their behalf as well! Please see the guide below on how to prompt your agents to claim their profiles.

Step 1: Be sure that you are logged into your team or office profile (you can check this by looking for the team section of the dashboard). Please click here for more details on how to login. Click the team tab on the dashboard and select agents.

Agents who have not claimed their profile will be listed as Unclaimed under their name.

Agents who have claimed their profile will be listed as Claimed beneath their name. Please see the screenshot below.

Step 2: You can send any unclaimed agents an email prompt by clicking the three dots next to their claim status and selecting Prompt

Your agent will now receive an email with instructions on how to claim their RateMyAgent profile.

Once they have claimed they will be able to collect reviews and set up their own personal Social Media tools. You will also be able to request reviews on their behalf and have their reviews syndicated to the office's social media!
