The rental leaderboard is only available for agency suburb-level awards and is updated every 24 hours.
Chasing your Landlord reviews and bumping your Review/Sales Ratio (RSR) could help you win an Award.
Together the following three main metrics calculate the award rankings:
Your Review/Leased Ratio (RLR) - the % of properties leased with a landlord review attached. This is your RSR across the whole platform which includes all transactions across suburbs, cities and states.
Total leased properties in 2025
Total landlord reviews on properties leased in 2025
To qualify for a win in a suburb, you must have leased 5 properties in that suburb and have 5 unique landlord reviews collected for those properties in 2025. If no one meets this criteria, then no award will be presented for that suburb.
Ensure to navigate to the Leaderboards page and select 'Rentals' to see if you have qualified in a suburb or multiple suburbs. If you have qualified, then the suburb will be available to select and you will be ranked and appear as shown like the below example:
If you have the minimum number of leased properties required to qualify and have not collected enough reviews, you will not be ranked and will be shown below it as 'yet to qualify'. There will be a prompt to 'Request Reviews' that will take you directly to the review opportunities for that suburb to help you start collecting reviews as shown in the below example:
