Win a RateMyAgent Award - Property Sales

How can you win an AOYA in Property Sales (Australia & New Zealand)

Updated over a week ago

Chasing your Vendor reviews in all locations to bump your RMA Score could help you win an Agent of the Year Award.

To qualify and be in the running for a Suburb award, you must have sold at least 5 properties as the LEAD agent and have 5 unique vendor reviews on properties sold in that location within the 2025 calendar year. Each review must be a Verified review associated with a property transaction that occurred in the last 365 days, calculated on a rolling basis. Unverified reviews, reviews outside the transaction location, or those over 365 days old do not count towards the qualification criteria.

*If no one meets this criteria, no award will be presented for the suburb.

Key Metrics for Award Calculation in order of the weight they hold:

  1. Your Review/Sales Ratio (RSR) - the % of properties sold with a vendor review attached as a lead and supporting agent. This is your RSR across the whole platform which includes all transactions across suburbs, cities and states and can be viewed in your dashboard. We DO NOT have suburb-level RSR's.

  2. The number of sold properties in 2025 as the lead agent.

  3. Average sales value of properties sold in 2025 as the lead agent. Additional factors, such as the association of Verified reviews with transaction dates within the past 365 days, also play a critical role in RSR calculations, ensuring that only recent and relevant transactions are considered.

The most common question: How do I know if I am going to win or if I am close to my competition?

You can track your progress and see how close you are to winning by checking the Awards Leaderboard in your Dashboard. We can let you know the metrics we use in order of the weight they hold, but the exact figures are kept under wraps! The Awards Leaderboard reflects Verified reviews from lead and supporting agents within the past 365 days and applies only to sales within the specified locations. Ineligible reviews, such as those older than 365 days or unverified ones, are excluded to maintain the leaderboard's integrity.

The leaderboard system uses a structured method to ensure fairness and accurate representation of agent performance. Reviews are included only if they match strict criteria, such as being Verified and transaction-specific.
