Updated this week

Qualification Criteria

To qualify for a Sales Award, you must achieve 5 lead agent sales and 5 vendor reviews within the calendar year (2025).

1. Sales Requirements

  • You must be the lead agent on all qualifying sales.

  • Only sales completed in 2025 count toward the total.

2. Review Requirements

  • You must have at least 5 verified vendor reviews for 5 different sales in 2025.

  • Reviews can be collected from any sale you participated in—either as a lead or a supporting agent.

  • The reviews must collected for 2025 sales.

How the winners are determined

All agents and agencies who have met the qualification criteria, are ranked based on the following metrics. The agent/agency who has the highest combined metrics wins!

Weighting of metric

Metric

How this is determined

Are supporting agent sales included?

Is this location specific or based off all your 2025 sales?

High

The number of vendor reviews you've received for 2025 sales, divided by all sales you've made in 2025.

Yes, lead & supporting agent sales are included

This metric is NOT specific to the location. It is determined using ALL of your 2025 sales & vendor reviews.

Medium

Number of Properties Sold

The total number of properties you have sold in 2025.

No, lead only

IS specific to the location of the award

Low

Average Sales Value

Your average sales value in 2025.

No, lead only

IS specific to the location of the award

The most important thing you need to know

You need to collect reviews for ALL of your sales in 2025 in any location to achieve a high RSR and improve your chances of winning an award.

- This is because the RSR metric is determined using all of your 2025 sales (all locations & also supporting agent sales).

Please note:

Archiving or withdrawing review requests does not affect your RSR metric. For example, if a vendor review has already been verified and linked to a property, archiving or withdrawing a duplicate or unused review request won't impact calculations.

  • If you have requested a review and have not received it, archiving the request will not improve your RSR.

  • The calculation ensures that only one verified review per property counts in the RSR.
