As an administrator for your paid team or office, you can empower agents to set up their own Google Business Profile or Review Links.
Accessing User Permissions
Navigate to Permissions: Click on 'Team & Admins' from the left-hand menu and select the 'Permissions' tab.
Manage Agent Settings: From here, you can choose to allow an agent to connect their own Google Business Profile or enable their own Review Links.
Example Scenario
Suppose you want all Google Reviews to go to your team or office profile, as you are paying subscription fees for your agents.
In this case, you would not allow Antonio to manage his own Google Settings. However, if you are open to him connecting his personal Facebook (or other) profiles through the Review Links feature, you can toggle that option on.
This setup means that when Antonio sends out a review request, his clients will be prompted to post reviews on both the Team or Office Google Page and his personal Facebook Page.
By managing these permissions effectively, you can streamline the review collection process while maintaining control over your team's online presence.
