What to send back with your device

Sending your device back? Check what accessories to include based on your situation below:

Returning during your cooling-off period

If you’re returning a device within the cooling-off period, please include all accessories that came in the box when it was new – including USB cables and SIM tools if they came with your device.

Returning after your cooling-off period

If you’re returning a device after the cooling-off period, you’ll still need to include the original accessories - but you can keep USB cables and SIM tools for phones and tablets.
