We’ll email you as soon as your new tech has been dispatched. We aim for next day delivery, so you’ll usually get your confirmation email pretty quickly. However, delays can happen (if you order on a Sunday, for example).
As soon as you get your confirmation email (complete with delivery details) you'll know your phone is on its way.
Also, remember to add noreply@raylo.com and help@raylo.com to your email safe senders list. Because your new tech doesn’t belong in your Spam folder, after all.
