A simple step by step guide for returning your tech to Raylo

Returning a device to Raylo is straightforward. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return:

Request a return:

  1. Submit a request to start the return process

  2. You’ll be directed to our return portal once your request has been processed. This may take up to 1 working day.

  3. Create your return using your preferred method. Paperless options are available.

Prepare and send the device:

  1. Backup your personal data. Need help? Check out our Apple, Samsung and Google guides.

  2. Remove your device from the Find My / Android account and perform a factory reset. This step is crucial for a successful return.

  3. Take a picture of the device you’re returning, capturing its general condition.

  4. Remove the SIM and package the device securely. Be sure to include any accessories that were originally sent with your device.

    2. This doesn’t include screen protectors or cases - please keep those.

  5. Securely package the device following our packaging guide.

  6. Print your label (unless you have chosen a paperless option) and attach it to the parcel.

  7. Drop off the parcel at your chosen drop-off point (unless you opted for a home collection) and keep the receipt as proof of postage.

What happens next?

  • You'll receive an email notification once we've processed your return.

  • The device will be assessed quickly, and we’ll inform you of the outcome via email.

  • We'll collect the final instalment on your regular payment date.

  • Once the final instalment has been paid, your subscription will be cancelled.
