In this guide we'll help you to Publish a Report.


Publish a Report using the Web Application

Instructions

Publish Revision A

  1. Login to the Web Application

  2. Select Reports on the main navigation panel on the left

  3. Select a draft Report

  4. Click the Publish Tab

  5. Click the Publish button on the draft revision

  6. Add Revision Notes

  7. Select "Publish a new revision"

  8. Click the Publish button

Revision A has now been published.

Publish subsequent revisions and supersede all previous revisions

Superseded revisions remain available to all previous recipients.

  1. Login to the Web Application

  2. Select Reports on the main navigation panel on the left

  3. Select a draft Report

  4. Click the Publish Tab

  5. Click the Publish button

  6. Add Revision Notes

  7. Select "Publish a new revision and supersede all previous revisions"

  8. Click the Publish button

All previous published revisions have been superseded and your new revision has now been published.

Publish subsequent revisions and supersede all previous revisions

Withdrawn revisions are no longer available to previous recipients and all shareable links are disabled.

  1. Login to the Web Application

  2. Select Reports on the main navigation panel on the left

  3. Select a draft Report

  4. Click the Publish Tab

  5. Click the Publish button

  6. Add Revision Notes

  7. Select "Publish a new revision and withdraw all previous revisions"

  8. Click the Publish button

All previously published revisions have been withdrawn and your new revision has now been published.
