In this guide we’ll help you to manage Team Members for an Organisation.

*An Organisation Member can only manage Organisation Guests.


Manage Team Members for an Organisation using the Web Application

Instructions

Add a Team Member

  1. Login to the Web Application

  2. Click on your name or profile photo in the top left corner of the screen

  3. Select Organisation from the drop down menu

  4. Select the Team tab

  5. Click the + Add Team Member button

  6. Add a first name

  7. Add a last name

  8. Add an email address

  9. Select a Role

  10. Click the Invite button

The invited Team Member will receive an email with further instructions and they'll be added as a Pending Team Member.

If the Pending Team Member accepts your invitation we'll help them Join Raytd (if they haven't already) and get started.

If the Pending Team Member ignores your invitation we'll remove them from your Team list after 14 days.

Resend an invitation to an invited Team Member

  1. Login to the Web Application

  2. Click on your name or profile photo in the top left corner of the screen

  3. Select Organisation from the drop down menu

  4. Select the Team tab

  5. Click on the [...] button on the Pending team member

  6. Select Resend Invite from the drop down menu

The invited Team Member will receive a reminder email.

If the invited Team Member accepts your invitation we'll help them Join Raytd (if they haven't already) and get started.

If the invited Team Member ignores your invitation we'll remove them from your Team list after 14 days.

Change a Team Member's Role

  1. Login to the Web Application

  2. Click on your name or profile photo in the top left corner of the screen

  3. Select Organisation from the drop down menu

  4. Select the Team tab

  5. Click on the [...] button on the Pending team member

  6. Select "Change to ..."

The Team Member's role will be changed.

Remove a Team Member

  1. Login to the Web Application

  2. Click on your name or profile photo in the top left corner of the screen

  3. Select Organisation from the drop down menu

  4. Select the Team tab

  5. Click on the [...] button on the Pending team member

  6. Select Remove from the drop down menu

The Team Member will be removed from your Organisation immediately.


Manage Team Members for an Organisation using the Mobile Inspection Application

Instructions

Add a Team Member

  1. Select Profile on the main navigation panel

  2. Click the + Add button on the Team list

  3. Add a first name

  4. Add a last name

  5. Add an email address

  6. Select a Role

  7. Click the Send Invitation button

The invited Team Member will receive an email with further instructions and they'll be added as a Pending Team Member.

If the Pending Team Member accepts your invitation we'll help them Join Raytd (if they haven't already) and get started.

If the Pending Team Member ignores your invitation we'll remove them from your Team list after 14 days.

Resend an invitation to an invited Team Member

  1. Select Profile on the main navigation panel

  2. Click on the Pending button to the right of the Team Member's name

  3. Select Resend Invite

The invited Team Member will receive a reminder email.

If the invited Team Member ignores your invitation we'll remove them from your Team list after 14 days.

Change a Team Member's Role

  1. Select Profile on the main navigation panel

  2. Click on the role button to the right of the Team Member's name

  3. Select a new role

The Team Member's role will be changed.

Remove a Team Member

  1. Select Profile on the main navigation panel

  2. Click on the role button to the right of the Team Member's name

  3. Select Remove

The Team Member will be removed from your Organisation immediately.
