In this guide we'll help you create a new Report.


Create a new Report using the Web Application

Instructions

Create your Report

  1. Login to the Web Application

  2. Select Reports on the main navigation panel on the left

  3. Click the + Create Report button in the top right hand corner

    Report Details

  4. Add a name

  5. Add a description

  6. Click the Next button

    Report Type

  7. Select a report type

  8. Click the Next button

    Assets & Inspections

  9. Select one or more Assets

  10. Select one or more Inspections

  11. Click the Next button

    Client Details

  12. Add a client first name

  13. Add a client last name

  14. Add a client position title

  15. Add a client phone number

  16. Add a client organisation name

  17. Add a client address

  18. Add a client email address

  19. Add a client logo

  20. Click the Next button

    Authors

  21. Select an author

  22. Click the Create button

Your Report has now been created.
