Common reasons for resubmission requests

When submitting documents for KYC verification on Razed.io, the Verification Team may request a resubmission if the provided information does not meet the required verification standards. In some cases, additional documentation may also be requested to complete the review process.

Common reasons for resubmission include:

  • Missing Date of Birth – Your date of birth is not filled in your profile, preventing verification. Please complete all required profile details.

  • Date of Birth Mismatch – The date of birth on your ID does not match your profile information. Please contact Live Support to update your details and clarify the discrepancy.

  • Expired ID – The submitted identification document is no longer valid and must be replaced with a current document.

  • Incorrect Passport Submission – For passport verification, the correct image must show the front cover rather than the back page.

  • Address Mismatch – The address on your document does not match your profile details. You may need to provide an alternative document or update your profile via Live Support.

  • Neobank/Digital Bank Documents Not Accepted – Documents issued by neobanks cannot be used for address verification. An alternative document is required.

  • Missing Postal Code – The submitted document does not include a full address with postal/ZIP code. A complete address is required for verification.

  • Insufficient Documentation – The document provided is not enough to complete verification, and additional supporting documents (such as payslips or bank statements) may be required.

  • Incomplete Bank Card Photo – The card image must clearly show all four corners, cardholder name, bank logo, expiry date, and the first six and last four digits. The CVV must be covered.

  • Incomplete Bank Statement – Required details such as name, bank logo, account number, or transaction history are missing or not visible.

  • Low-Quality or Improper Format – Screenshots, edited images, or unclear uploads are not accepted. A clear original photo or PDF showing the full document is required.

  • Other Issues – Any additional reason specified by the Compliance Team, such as missing signatures, unclear information, or further clarification being required.
