A refinement to InfoPacks and how to create and edit the style and layout of InfoPacks.

New designs released to your InfoPack settings, giving you a variety of styles to match the best one for your brand. These InfoPacks are fully customizable for your brand colours and logo.

Once you select a design (inside your Settings) these designs will automatically apply to all of your current/active public and agent InfoPacks.

ACCESS: Visit your Settings, and select InfoPack (Under Data Settings). Once inside InfoPack Settings, Select "InfoPack Template (heading)" and click Edit Branding button. Need more help, see below for Help access.

NEW OPEN HOUSE SHEET LAYOUTS

Along with the new InfoPacks, comes new Open House Sheet layouts. These pre-populated Open House sheets allow you to quickly click, print and display your Listing info and QR code for your InfoPack. These are enhanced designs, and fully customizable.

DON'T FORGET to toggle ON your InfoPacks "Registration Form" so that any scanned QR code can request the recipient to fill in their details, and have those contacts auto-populate inside your Reach CRM Lead Capture zone!

INFOPACK SETTINGS (BRANDING & EMAIL ADDRESS)

Changes have now been made to your InfoPack Settings, to allow you more controlled settings of your branding, including Sending InfoPacks from your own Email Address! A list of changes below:

  • Users can now have an option to send your InfoPacks by Reach OR your registered email address (user email address they are logged into Reach CRM with) via "Default Email Sender" option

  • Control your branding colours, logo and design selection

  • Add Additional Agents to your InfoPack, from Settings.

  • Customize your InfoPack Email content (for Public and Agent InfoPacks)

  • Customize and select your InfoPack Open House Sheet
